L’Arche Calgary is deeply grateful to the CREB® REALTOR® Community Foundation for their generous $16,000 Transformation Grant, presented to our community. This gift is a meaningful affirmation of CREB®’s long-standing commitment to ensuring all Calgarians have a safe, dignified place to call home.
This support comes at a pivotal time for L’Arche Calgary. As our community prepares for the next chapter, the rebuilding of three aging homes into fully accessible, inclusive spaces, this grant helps strengthen the foundation we need to move forward with confidence. These future homes will ensure that people with and without intellectual disabilities can continue to share life together in spaces designed for safety, accessibility, and belonging.
CREB®’s partnership with L’Arche Calgary is not new. Over the years, their generosity has supported our mission in tangible ways, including assistance with renovations to Kichiyak House earlier this year, helping to maintain a home where relationships, mutual care, and daily life can flourish. This continued investment reflects a shared belief in the importance of inclusive housing and resilient communities.
